OUR PURPOSE

Emporia and Greensville County, Virginia are home to a strong and growing youth population. Across our region, young people are navigating academic expectations, workforce uncertainty, and increasing social-emotional pressures — often without consistent, structured pathways for long-term personal development.

While our community benefits from dedicated schools, faith-based organizations, and after-school supports, there remains a need for intentional, cohort-based programs focused on resilience, leadership development, and personal accountability.

R3P was created to meet that regional need.

Our purpose is to provide structured pathways for youth across Emporia and Greensville County to build discipline, develop leadership capacity, and strengthen the character skills necessary for lifelong success. Rooted in the realities and strengths of our local community, R3P exists to invest in young people not just as students — but as future leaders.
