COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS

R3P partners with families, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to reinforce youth development across the City of Emporia & Greensville County, Virginia. The program is designed to complement existing services by providing structured resilience training, leadership development, and measurable outcome tracking. Through collaboration and shared accountability, R3P seeks to strengthen community institutions while creating consistent support systems that promote long-term youth success.
