Teron Williams, MPA

R3P FOUNDER | PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Teron Williams is the founder of the R3P Youth Development Program and a U.S. Military Veteran dedicated to strengthening resilience, discipline, and performance readiness among young people. Through R3P Training and Performance Center, he works at the intersection of mental performance, youth development, and community impact—equipping youth with practical skills for school, sports, careers, and everyday life.

After completing eight years of military service, Williams shifted his focus to community-centered youth development, recognizing a growing need for structured programs that help young people manage pressure, improve focus, and build self-confidence. His work emphasizes real-time skill application—teaching students not just what resilience is, but how to apply it in real time when pressure is high.

Williams is actively pursuing a PhD in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and a Doctorate in Public Administration, strengthening the evidence-informed and systems-level foundation of the R3P framework. His approach integrates performance psychology principles, structured skill-building, and community engagement to help youth develop stronger self-awareness, emotional control, and leadership capacity.

Based in Emporia and Greensville County, Virginia, Williams is committed to building sustainable youth development pathways that support schools, families, and local partners. His long-term vision is to expand access to practical resilience and performance training so more young people are equipped to navigate challenges with confidence, discipline, and purpose.
